WE BOUGHT A HANGAR!

Our new address is Colorado Springs East Airport Condo Hangar #14

I don't have any pictures of the finished hangar, but here are a few of the work in progress:

When we bought the hangar the floor was cement and not coated. The beams in the ceiling were red oxide primer and the main support beams were also red oxide primer. I spent a couple of weeks cleaning, painting and doing the floor.

Colorado Springs East Airport is located just 12 miles East South East of Meadow Lake Airport. The identifier on the sectional is A50. It is really a great place. Very quiet, with very friendly folks. You will find antiques, modern, gyros, ultra-lights, and powered parachutes on the field. There is a nice little office and fuel is available. Check it out at the link below. The condo T-Hangar I am located in has several units available for rent or to buy. I understand that there is also some space available in some of the larger hangars. There are also some commercial lots and hangar lots available.
